Serving as the subject matter expert for complex commercial deal structures, the full-time remote Commercial Manager will assist in deal structuring, proposal building, and navigating margin exceptions while providing final commercial judgment on escalations. Key responsibilities Develop proposals and quotes, negotiate with customers, and ensure deals deliver shareholder value Manage all aspects of commercial management, including contract and proposal development, while collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams Act as the primary advisor to the Sales team for high-stakes negotiations, coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Operations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering (Advanced degree/MBA preferred) Experience in complex commercial negotiations, pricing, or strategic Deal Desk roles Expertise in structured pricing, margin management, and industrial/software SLAs Proven ability to manage high-stakes stakeholder relationships across a matrixed organization Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage)
