This position ensures that all internal and external investigations are conducted in accordance with the Company’s established policies and procedures. This position shall be responsible for conducting investigations globally. Manages prompt, thorough, and objective workplace investigations of complaints involving allegations of harassment and discrimination, and other policy violations, as assigned by the Senior Manager, Harassment & Discrimination Investigations. Prepares timely detailed written investigative reports for review by an investigations manager prior to being distributed to the Senior Manager of Harassment & Discrimination Investigations, Legal Counsel, Human Resources, Labor Relations, and other senior leaders. Identifies, collects, analyzes and preserves documentary and physical evidence related to the matters being investigated. Provides findings to the Senior Manager of Harassment & Discrimination Investigations, Legal Counsel, Human Resources, Labor Relations, and other senior leaders based on the investigative fact-finding and analysis of those facts. Bachelor's Degree (Criminal Justice/Criminology, in Human Resources or other related fields) or equivalent work experience in a corporate setting investigating policy violations. 5-8 years of corporate investigative experience, including Harassment and Discrimination investigations. Extensive experience conducting effective workplace investigations involving in-person or virtual interviews of employees and vendors throughout all functional areas. Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
