This is a Full-Time position based in Enfield, Connecticut, United States . The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction, acting as a key point of contact for our clients and supporting our team of skilled electricians.

Responsibilities

 

• Manage and respond to incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Schedule appointments, consultations, and job site visits for our technical team, managing calendars effectively.
• Coordinate project logistics, including liaising with clients and electricians to ensure clear communication and timely project completion.
• Prepare, format, and manage essential documents such as quotes, invoices, and project reports.
• Maintain and organise client records, project files, and other important company data with a high degree of accuracy.
• Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, file management, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Assist in communicating with suppliers for material orders and tracking deliveries to support ongoing projects.

Qualifications

 

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanour.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
• Experience with online calendars and scheduling tools.
• A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
• The ability to work independently, use initiative, and manage a varied workload.
• Experience within the construction or trade services industry is desirable but not essential.
