Helps to develop capture strategies, analyze market trends that affect a pursuit, evaluate competitors, and helps develop pricing, teaming, and proposal strategies. Focuses on managing all activities in the business capture lifecycle from pursuit decision to the proposal. Manages the entire schedule and presents at key milestones to senior leadership, prepares interim reviews and work products, and maintains budget (plans vs. actuals) for the capture efforts.
