Salary: $36,814 - 46,204 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for someone who is currently pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Business, Health Sciences, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• We support product managers and business analysts in collecting and documenting business requirements.
• We assist with mapping processes, identifying pain points, and recommending improvements.
• We take part in workshops, stakeholder interviews, and product discovery sessions.
• We help convert business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and related project materials.
• We support testing activities, including coordination, writing test scripts for user acceptance testing, and validating business requirements.
• We look for ways to improve workflows through automation, digital solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• We participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
• We collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, product, operations, and technology.
• We provide a real-world working environment, a solid foundation of experience, and exposure to senior leadership through our intern program.
