PRN CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to join our team at Maggie Valley Health & Rehabilitation Center, a provider of high-quality rehabilitation and long-term care services in Maggie Valley, North Carolina. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Assist with transferring and repositioning patients as needed
Maintain accurate records of patient care and services provided
Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Ability to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Please note: A high school diploma or equivalent is not required, but a positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional care are essential .
