Strong background of GIT, branching/merging strategies, Test Driven Development
Ability to work in a fast paced and with teams located globally
Good knowledge of RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server; skilled in development and tuning of SQL queries

Good to have experience in Microservices, Java spring boot
