To support a dynamic virtual learning environment, the full-time State Licensed Virtual English Teacher will deliver engaging, live instruction for five or more hours daily, personalize learning experiences, and maintain proactive communication with students and families in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Deliver live, synchronous instruction, creating an engaging virtual classroom experience Utilize student performance data to personalize instruction and address learning gaps Provide timely feedback on student work and maintain accurate records of student progress Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field with an active state teaching license in English/Language Arts (grades 6-12) Experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings Proficiency with online learning platforms and virtual instruction tools Ability to teach live for five or more consecutive hours per day Commitment to professional growth and staying current on K-12 curriculum and best practices
