Job Description Safal Partners is seeking a Career Transition Services (CTS) Analyst to support a federal workforce client. This role focuses on helping our client understand how their programs' CTS work is connecting students with employers through job placement and transition services, employer and operator partnerships, and program data analysis. The ideal candidate has done work in the education or workforce space at the federal level and must be available to work onsite in Washington, DC. Duties and Responsibilities Supports Career Transition Services (CTS) activities Maintains placement materials, transition tools, employer and operator information, and technical assistance (TA) resources Prepares meeting materials, including agendas, talking points, notes, and follow-up actions Assists with planning and facilitating virtual meetings, webinars, and stakeholder sessions Drafts sections of presentations, reports, toolkits, and resource guides Supports development of client-facing materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity Assists with editing, formatting, and quality control across deliverables Supports internal processes, templates, and knowledge management activities Manages high-volume communications for data collection, including monitoring inboxes and communicating updates Required Qualifications Must be willing and able to work onsite in Washington, DC Bachelors degree and/or 2-5 years of relevant experience performing structured program support tasks Experience in consulting, research, education, workforce development, or related fields Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with platforms such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar tools Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to pass a background check with no evidence of federal, state, or local felony charges or convictions prior to assignment Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting federal or state-funded initiatives Familiarity with Job Corps or similar workforce programs Experience developing surveys or qualitative data collection tools #J-18808-Ljbffr ACTE
