work hours: 5 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
- Trim, cut, slice, and debone beef and pork to yield standard commercial cuts or custom customer requests.
- Operate commercial power saws, slicers, grinders, tenderizers, and vacuum sealers safely and efficiently.
