Your expertise will directly influence how products resonate with consumers, bringing seasonal concepts to life through thoughtful and market-relevant color palettes. What You'll Do: Develop strategic color direction and build thoughtful, market-relevant color palettes. Apply color across apparel products, bringing seasonal concepts to life. Create compelling color stories and visual narratives. Develop mood boards and presentation materials to communicate creative concepts. Present color concepts and confidently articulate the thinking behind your work. Collaborate with designers and cross-functional partners in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment. Stay closely connected to fashion, consumer, cultural, and marketplace trends. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of professional experience in apparel color design. Strong expertise in color strategy, palette development, and color application. A portfolio showcasing color storytelling, mood boards, and a variety of apparel experiences. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities. Bachelor's degree in design, fashion, textiles, or a related field - or equivalent experience. Nice to Have: Experience with outdoor, streetwear, performance, activewear, or technical apparel. Experience balancing fashionable aesthetics with functional/utilitarian product needs. Background working with a major global or Fortune 500 brand. Experience in entrepreneurial or startup-like environments. Strong understanding of fashion, color, and marketplace trends.
